Stressed About School

Most of us have started school recently, and I know I'm already stressed from all the homework and tests we've been getting! Here are some tips to keep you from stressing:

- Try some deep breathing excercises.
- Try to do at least 30 minuts of physical activity a day.
- Try talking to your parents or a friend about how stressed you've been.

Study snacks:

Study Snack Mix!

You'll need:
Banana Chips
Dark Chocolare
Almonds
Cheerios

Add each ingredient to a bowl, mix together, and you have your study mix!
