Food ideas:
Every fall I usually play a recreational sport. This fall I decided not to. I did find that I gained a bit of weight, and here's some food ideas I used to shed the extra pounds.
Breakfast:
Instead of having a blueberry muffin, opt for an english muffin with light cream cheese and strawberry preserves
Snack:
Instead of a coke and some chips, have some fruit and peanut butter and a glass or lemonade or iced tea.
Lunch:
Instead of chicken strips and fries, go for a chicken-honey mustard-avocado wrap.
